When I purchase digital product, when will I receive them?

As soon as you complete your online payment, a confirmation email is sent to you containing a link to download the product. You will also be provided with a download link in the Thank You page at the conclusion of the checkout process.
When I purchase digital artworks, how will I receive them?

When you buy a downloadable product from Modemkiller, you will be provided with links to download your purchase. You will receive these links to your digital products in the thank you page of the checkout process, as well as by email.
How long are my download links valid for?

Links that are made available to you for downloading your purchased products are valid for 30 days. If you need to download the product again for any reason, you can request this by getting in touch with us.
Can new download links be sent to me if the ones I have are expired?

Yes, get in touch with us (quoting the order number in question) and we will send you an email containing your new product download links. These new links will be valid for 30 days much in the same way as the original links you were sent in your original confirmation email. Contact us here.
